Regency romance authors, Katharine Ashe and Sarah MacLean, required a custom WordPress theme for their new multi-author blog, The Ballroom.
The design had to be simple and elegant, yet playful and romantic, and a bit historical. Photo references of a period assembly room and chandeliers were used to create the final illustration in the header. The logotype was also hand-lettered in the same fashion.
The blog was retired on December 31, 2014.
