Book Thingo, a blog by Australian romance readers, required business card designs incorporating their newly designed logo. The cards had to show a mix of cute, playful or purple illustrations relating to books, reading or romance.
A corresponding advertisement was also designed, which debuted in the Australian Romance Readers Association’s monthly newsletter, Romancing the Tome, in June 2011.
It was a pleasure working with Jennifer. She turned a vague set of requirements into an ad that captured the tone and humour I was after. The ad immediately became a talking point and the spike in traffic to Book Thingo was noticeable. Throughout the process, Jennifer was patient, professional and prompt. Most importantly, I never felt as though her creative suggestions intruded on my vision of what I wanted for Book Thingo.
